The goal of The Healers Council is to create a respectful forum where healers from different traditions can come together to discuss the spiritual and philosophical foundations of their tradition with scholars and scientists working in allopathic medicine. In particular, The Council is interested in exploring the relevance of the scientific method for understanding other healing traditions as well as what role these healing practices can, and should play, in modern healthcare.
